В комментарии затрагиваются два потенциально дискуссионных аспекта, связанных с возможным использованием индивидуального подхода как пути для применения аллогенных продуктов без регистрации, а также касательно недостаточно четких регуляторных определений в этой области.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Genome editing systems are powerful tools capable of precisely modifying genetic material in its natural context within a living organism. Thanks to these remarkable capabilities, editing systems have found a wide range of applications in all areas of biological science and medicine. In this manuscript, we provide a brief historical overview of the origins and development of various genome editing systems. The evolution of this field has been accompanied by significant discoveries and the awarding of numerous Nobel Prizes. Tracing the logic of scientific thought in the quest to understand and modify the material basis of heredity, this manuscript aims to provide budding researchers with a comprehensive picture of the vast (literally) universe of genome editing systems. Understanding the full spectrum of potential activity of editing systems obliges researchers to use them thoughtfully and responsibly.to the article yet reasonably common within the subject discipline.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>биомедицинские клеточные продукты</kwd><kwd>госпитальное исключение</kwd><kwd>индивидуальные клеточные продукты</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>biomedical cell products</kwd><kwd>hospital exemption</kwd><kwd>individual cell products</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group xml:lang="ru"><funding-statement>Работа выполнена в рамках государственного задания МГУ имени М.В.
