Основные подходы тканевой инженерии

Аннотация

Краткий обзорно-лекционный материал посвящен одному из ключевых направлений регенеративной медицины тканевой инженерии с использованием стволовых и мультипотентных клеток. Среди рассматриваемых технологий: классическая тканевая инженерия с использованием скаффолдов, сфероидные подходы, клеточные пласты. В статье рассматриваются и освещены базовые принципы тканевой инженерии (триада компонентов, основные технологии) и ограничения, связанные с использованием данной группы подходов в клинической практике.
